Crunchy Mexican Salad with Cheese and Nacho Chips

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Sweet Corns
  • 2 teaspoons Tomato Salsa
  • 2-2½ teaspoons Plain Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoon Onion, chopped
  • 1 Tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup Nacho Chips
  • 4 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Start by adding 1 ½ cups of water to a pan. Let it come to a boil and add corn to it. Cook until they are tender.
  • Next, take a bowl – add boiled corns, onion, tomato and tomato salsa. Mix everything well and then add mayonnaise.
  • Take 1/2 cup nacho chips and combine it well with mixture.
  • Now, add oregano seasoning, red chilli flakes, chaat masala, salt and mix everything well again.
  • Finally, pour lemon juice to add a tangy flavor, mix well and serve.

 

NOTES

Top it with a handful of crushed nacho chips and binge on this deliciously tempting and creamy treat.
