The Demon's Love

"A chill shiver ran down my spine. You pulled me against the wall, and cage me with those strong arms."

One night, lust becomes beastly.

The same blue orbs which held passion once,

Now holds rage - rage to put me down.

The long elegant fingers which once traced my cheeks,

Now is etched, with the pattern of your fingers.

A chill shiver ran down my spine.

You pulled me against the wall,

and cage me with those strong arms.

The arms which once resembled home,

Now feels extremely non-residental.

The beast in you wants to show more arrogance,

As you twist my hand, I scream in pain.

I watched you, laughing barbarously.

Irony is, the hand which vowed to protect me, endangers me.

You throttled my neck, as you put down the fire of the burning cigarette.

At my collarbone.

The place exactly where you once left love bites.

Our breaths mingled,

Your breath smelled of alcohol and cigarette.

I wished to squeeze my lungs, to empty what I inhaled.

You closed the remaining distance between us,

As your lips teared mine with your tooth.

My chapped lips started to bleed.

It was the love of the demon inside you,

As it aroused with the spirit of alcohol.

The demon in me wants to reciprocate the love,

Just so it lunged forward to give it back.
