Here is an interesting and useful recipe
of a chocolate cake that has no flour in it.
It's just eggs, chocolate and butter, that's
one healthy recipe to make at home for
your kids, as we all know how much kids
love chocolate
Here is the recipe for Gluten free chocolate cake by chef sumit Chawla
Serves 4
Dark chocolate :400gms
Butter :100gms
Sugar :80gms
Eggs :7nos.
Water :145ml
Vanilla essence :few drops

Step 1: Heat water and sugar in a deep pan on medium flame.
Step 2: When the sugar desolves, add the choped Dark chocolate and constantly whisk it or stir it with a spatula.
Step3: Add butter in the pan and break eggs in another clean bowl.
Step4: Add the eggs one by one while cooking on a low flame and whisk throughly
Step5: Add vanilla essence
Step6: strain the mixture once it thickes and pour it in a baking Dish of your choice.
Bake it at 140 degrees for 40 min appox.
