I'm a fresh graduate working for an NGO in Delhi and using up all my money to travel various corners of India.

Tucked away in the lush green beauty of the lofty mountains is this cafe in the busy streets of Mall road of Nainital. On the attic of the restaurant are comfortable cushions spread out of mattress like sofas while the first floor has tables and chairs and some couches too.
Built out of wood, this cafe has a warmth of its on even in chilly cold days and the menu has many heart warming offerings. One of the many offerings that itched my taste bud was the plate full of stuffed chicken. I was yet to decide what the main attraction of the dish was. On one side were the thick cut crispy fries while a cute bowl full of rice in the center surrounded by a thick puddle of gooey gravy smeared chicken and finally a handful of simple sauted vegetables. The chicken looked as fresh as the water flowing in all the taals of Nainital. The ingredients inside the chicken melted in my mouth as I tossed the corn and cabbage in my mouth to last a little longer. It was all so fun to enjoy the taste of various items on the plate. The rice tendered a paleness required to balance the semi thickness of the sauce. While the fries kept my mouth in action and felt like my ears were eating too.
