INGREDIENTS
- 8 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 cup Spinach (Paalak), chopped
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- Parsley, for garnishing
- Holy Basil Leaves (Tulsi Ke Patte), for garnishing
INSTRUCTIONS
- Start by adding eggs, salt and pepper to a bowl.
- Pour the cream into the mix and whisk it well.
- Next, heat a pan over medium flame and add butter to it. Once the butter melts, add onions to it.
- Next up, add spinach, cherry tomatoes and a few basil leaves. Sprinkle some salt and pepper as per taste.
- Transfer this mix into the baking mould and then pour in, the whisked egg mixture.
- Bake them in the oven for 5-6 minutes at 170-180 degrees.
- Garnish it well with some fresh parsley and basil leaves.
